1. General Terms

If operating multiple accounts, coordinated betting or other manipulation aimed at exploiting the bonus system is detected, the bonus will be forfeited from the relevant account and the account may be closed.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. It is entirely the user's responsibility to verify all details before placing a bet.

6.2 Technical Errors

If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a system fault, software error or display problem, jetwin reserves the right to void or correct that bet. In such cases, the user's original bet stake will be returned.

6.3 Match Result Settlement

For sports bets, results are settled based on the official outcome published by the relevant international sports authority. If a match is postponed or abandoned, jetwin will settle it according to its own established rules.
